Browsing the Gallery
Images are displayed in a responsive masonry grid that adapts to your screen size. Each card shows the image at its original aspect ratio, creating a visually dense and easy-to-scan layout.Category Filters

Gallery Cards
Each gallery card displays the image along with contextual information visible on hover (desktop) or in the detail view (mobile). Card information includes:- Author avatar, display name, and @username (with verified badge when applicable)
- Like count and view count
- Time posted (e.g., “2h ago”, “3d ago”)
- Model badge showing which AI model was used
Hover Actions (Desktop)
When you hover over a card, an overlay appears with three actions:Use Idea
Use Idea
Copies the image’s original prompt into the generation editor and opens the generation sidebar. The prompt is ready to edit and regenerate.This button only appears when the prompt has been extracted and is available. Some newer posts may show “Prompt Pending” while the prompt is being processed.
Favorite
Favorite
Saves the image to your personal favorites collection. Click again to remove it. Requires sign-in.Favorites are synced across all your devices — save on desktop, access on mobile.
View on X
View on X
Opens the original X (Twitter) post in a new tab, so you can see the full context, replies, and the creator’s other work.
Dragging Cards
Gallery cards are draggable — you can grab any card and drag it to different areas of the generation sidebar:- Drag to the Reverse Prompt zone (above the prompt editor) — the AI will analyze the image and automatically generate a detailed text prompt describing the content, style, composition, and mood.
- Drag to the Reference Images area — the image is added as a reference for your next generation. No download needed — the image URL is used directly.
Mobile
On mobile devices, there are no hover actions. Tapping a card opens the full image detail view directly, where all actions are accessible.Image Detail
Click any gallery card to open the full-screen Image Detail Dialog. This provides a complete view of the image and all available actions.Image Viewer
- Full resolution — the image is displayed at its original quality with a smooth fade-in animation
- Multi-image navigation — when a post contains multiple images, you’ll see:
- An image counter (e.g., “2 / 4”) in the corner
- A thumbnail strip on the right (desktop) for quick switching
- Previous/Next arrow buttons
- Download — click the download button (top right) to save the full-resolution image to your device
- Close — click the X button or press

Info Panel
The right side (desktop) or bottom section (mobile) shows detailed information: Author info:- Avatar, display name, @username with link to their X profile
- Verified badge when applicable
- Like count, view count, and time posted
- Model badge showing which AI model generated the image
- The full prompt text used to generate the image (preserves original formatting)
- Copy button — appears on hover, copies the prompt to your clipboard
- Translate button — translates the prompt into your language using AI. Click again to show the original text
- Use as Prompt — closes the dialog, opens the generation sidebar, and fills in the prompt. Ready to edit and generate.
- Use as Reference — adds the current image as a reference image in the generation sidebar. Useful for style transfer or composition guidance.
If a prompt hasn’t been extracted yet, the “Use as Prompt” button will appear grayed out with a “Prompt Pending” label. Check back later — prompts are usually available within a few hours.
Video Content
The gallery also includes video content:- Self-generated videos (created on MeiGen) — auto-play directly in the dialog with playback controls and looping
- Videos from X — due to cross-origin restrictions, these cannot play directly. A “View on Twitter” link is shown instead, opening the original post where you can watch the video.
Search
Open the search dialog by pressingCmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows), or by clicking the search icon in the left sidebar. The dialog has two tabs:
Posts Tab
Search across the entire gallery of community artwork.- Hybrid search — combines text matching with vector (semantic) search. Searches across prompts, descriptions, and visual content.
- Filters — narrow results by:
- Model — filter to images from a specific AI model
- Category — filter by content category (Product, Photography, etc.)
- Has Prompt — only show images where the prompt is available
- Empty query — when you haven’t typed anything, the search shows Recent Posts as default content
- Infinite scroll — results load progressively as you scroll down
- Real-time — search fires automatically after you stop typing (300ms debounce)
Generations Tab
Search your own generated images. Requires sign-in.- Search by prompt text across all your past generations
- Navigate results with keyboard:
↑/↓arrow keys to move,Enterto open - Shows pending, completed, and failed generations
Favorites
Access your favorites from the sidebar or the floating dock. Your favorites collection stores two types of content:- Gallery posts — community artwork you’ve saved from the gallery
- Your generations — images you’ve generated and favorited
Managing Favorites
- Add — click the Favorite button (layer icon) on any gallery card or generation card
- Remove — click the Favorite button again, or use the remove button in the favorites grid
- Filter — switch between All / Posts / Generations tabs to view specific content types
- Sync — favorites are tied to your account and synced across all devices
