You can permanently delete your MeiGen account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

Delete Your Account Yourself

The fastest way is to do it yourself — it takes effect immediately:
  1. Sign in and open www.meigen.ai/account-deletion.
  2. Type DELETE to confirm, then submit.
In the MeiGen mobile app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This works for accounts created on the website and in our iOS / Android apps.

Can’t Sign In?

Email support@meigen.ai from the email address registered on your account, with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. To help us verify and process your request quickly, please include:
  • The email address (or sign-in method) used for your account
  • A short confirmation that you want the account and its data permanently deleted
We verify that the request comes from the account owner before any data is removed. Verified requests are processed within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account, profile, and login credentials
  • All images and videos you generated, and their files on our storage
  • Reference images, characters, favorites, boards, and API tokens
  • AI assistant logs tied to your account

What We Retain

  • Community submissions that were accepted and published to the public gallery. Under Terms §5.5, the content license you granted survives account deletion — these artworks stay in the gallery with all of your personal information (name, avatar, social links) removed, the paid-creator badge cleared, and the author shown as “MeiGen Community”. To request removal of a specific submission, email support@meigen.ai before deleting your account. See the gallery guide for how submissions work.
  • Payment and billing records, kept in an archived form disconnected from your identity, as required for tax and accounting compliance.
  • Security and anti-abuse logs (e.g. signup IP records), retained for fraud prevention.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Remaining credits are forfeited and are not refundable upon account deletion.

Just Want to Stop Emails?

If you only want to stop receiving marketing emails (not delete your account), click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any MeiGen email. Your account and generations stay intact.
