Remove Background

POST https://www.meigen.ai/api/skills/remove-bg/run MCP: remove_background Provide one image with a clearly visible subject. There are no optional creative fields. This removes the background; use AI Backgrounds to create a white or generated scene. One paid result, including the first request. Use the shared authentication, upload and recovery guide before submitting. This workflow requires a MeiGen API key and purchased credits; no free attempts or daily credits apply.

Parameters

Field	Contract
`requestId`	Required UUID for a new request; retain it for exact-input recovery.
`productImage`	Required prepared image URL. No prompt is needed.

Save the body as request.json; replace example image URLs with actual images and use a fresh UUID for a new request.

Result and recovery

Normally returns success: true, imageUrl and charged synchronously. Download the transparent PNG. After an interrupted submission, recover with skill=remove-bg; do not assume that a missing response means no charge.
